Our principal, Jerry Sullivan’s experience includes the construction of many development projects as a project manager, partner, and manager of design and construction from concept to the completion of the project. Jerry’s scope of development includes planning, marketing, and acquisition of financing for projects including all tenant improvements.
We are licensed in California as an "A", general engineering contractor (all site, infrastructure including bridges, wastewater, highway projects etc. Our license also includes "B" general construction projects (all building including residential ) CA lic # 649726.
